The property is owned by Stroud and Company and is located at Highway 96 West, (T0103-002) Jeffersonville, Ga 31044. It is 31.27 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requests a rezoning to General Commercial (GC) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
