The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The property is owned by Charles B. Hill & ETAL and is located at Ga Hwy 358/Lucy Chapel Exchange, (T119-032) Danville, Ga 31017. It is 14 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agricultural Zoning District (AG) and requesting to be rezoned to General Commercial (C-1) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
