The property is owned by Caye Brown Brennan, Administrator of Joe L. Brown Jr Estate located at 1776 Lucy Chapel Rd (T131 069) Danville, Ga 31017. It is 5 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be changed to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
